One of the big things from a doctor who I’ve known for a long time. He’s always said to me, “Don’t get stressed — don’t have too many deadlines.”
I’m lucky I don’t have to work. Now, I couldn’t, and I mean, there’s other people have to, but stress is a killer. So, you know, I’ve always got that at the back of my mind, especially with deadlines.
Especially when you have neuropathy and amyloidosis — because it affects you not physically, mentally, but also your brain and every how you word things and stuff like that.
And you get anxious about traveling and all sorts of things going to, you know, where’s the next toilet going to be. You know, it’s down to those basic levels.
